SOL Revolution is an intimate, sustainable retreat and working farm in the heart of Southern Oregon — a place where nature, nourishment, and community come together.

Our Philosophy

We believe the future is regenerative — and that every choice we make, from the food we grow to the way we build and host, is part of that revolution. Our practices are guided by permaculture principles, working with nature rather than against it to create abundance that sustains the soil, the people, and the planet.

Sustainable. We work in harmony with nature, using renewable energy, responsible building materials, and regenerative practices that restore the soil and ecosystem.

Organic. Everything we grow and serve is free from chemicals and full of vitality — from the produce in our CSA boxes to the meals shared at our farm table.

Local. We celebrate the bounty of our region through partnerships with nearby farms, artisans, and makers. Supporting local keeps our community strong and our footprint small.

Meet Emily

SOL Revolution was born from a vision to live more intentionally — to create a space where people can connect with the land, share in the harvest, and rediscover what it means to live sustainably. What began as a small regenerative garden has blossomed into a vibrant ecosystem for gathering, learning, and sharing good food and good company.

Emily Bertman, the heart behind SOL Revolution, brings together her background in hospitality, nonprofit leadership, and regenerative farming to create a space where people feel welcome, inspired, and grounded.

Her vision is simple:
To cultivate a place where community and the earth thrive together — one meal, one gathering, and one season at a time.
